You may select your preferred item and add it to the cart. Then pay for the item and wait for it to be dispatched and shipped.

If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order.
If your registered email address is a Hotmail account, the order confirmation email may fall into your Spams / Junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please email us and we will investigate further.
If the delivery address is in the US, we will ship from the local warehouse and you can receive the package within 2-7 business days (based on your location).
Currently, the delivery scope on anyinno.com website covers US currently.
Usually, after an order is confirmed placed successfully, it will be shipped within 24 hours. At that time, you can email us (support@anyinno.com) if you need to cancel the order or change the delivery address.
Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on Track Order. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. Please email us at support@anyinno.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do! Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note: all refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
